A light, easy drinking German Style ale fermented at very cool temperatures to create a clean balanced bier. Semi-dry, medium bodied with delicate fruit notes.

Kemp‘s Kölsch
A medium bodied mild ale brewed with 170 lbs of raspberries. Ruby red in color with good balance. Not overly sweet and slightly tart.

RASPBERRY REALLY ALE
EUROPEAN STYLE
Traditional Bavarian style Hefe. Brewed with equal portions Wheat and Pilsner malt and fermented with a yeast that provides a classic balance of clove, banana, and spice.

HEFEWEIZEN
MALTY, TOASTY, MILD, NUTTY
The gateway craft brew. This is a hearty red colored beer with layers of malt flavor ranging from toffee and biscuit to caramel and dark bread. The hops are completely dialed back to let the malt shine. Malt Bomb.

RED ALE
This robust American Barleywine has a rich depth from the malt backbone that’s balanced out with a healthy addition of American hops. The deep malt characteristic & dark fruit notes make this a smooth full bodied sipper. Named in loving memory of Stanley Fryman, affectionately referred to (by himself) as BoBBer. He was talented beyond his years & would often sign his nickname on the art he created alongside his grandpa Jerry in the studio.

CAPTAIN BOBBER BARLEYWINE
Vienna malt lends a pleasant biscuit forward flavor, accompanied by Munich malt for a slight toasty sweetness. An addition of Czech-Saaz hops give light floral, citrus & spice notes to balance this traditional lager.

BOLD, DARK, ROAST, COFFEE
Robust style porter with a big malt backbone. Slightly sweet & fermented with select coffee blends. Big coffee flavor is accompanied by notes of chocolate for a smooth finish.

COLOMBIAN COFFEE PORTER
Formerly known as Wooster New Stout, this foreign-export style stout was brewed with roast and chocolate malts. Strong dark chocolate, roasty, and coffee flavor. Nuanced with underlying dark fruit notes.

WOOSTER CLASSIC STOUT
HAZY, JUICY, TROPICAL
A medium gravity New England Pale Ale. Brewed with a big portion of oat malt and fermented with a very fruity English yeast. Unfiltered. Aroma and flavor of Orange, Pineapple, Grapefruit.

Burner NE Pale Ale
A juicy and tropical New England IPA brewed with a large portion of oat malt and fermented with fruit driven English yeast. Loads of Citra, Simcoe, Ekuanot, and Mosaic hops.

SUMMER FOREVER NEIPA
Our big, tropical New England IPA brewed with mango. Big notes of grapefruit, tangerine, citrus, and mango. Hopped with Simcoe and Equenaut. This beer has become a JAFB favorite for IPA and lager drinkers alike!

LA NINA NEIPA
HOP DRIVEN
A true flavorful and aromatic Session Ale bursting with tropical citrus aroma and flavor. Light golden in color and super drinkable. Some think it’s a mini IPA, but it’s really just a Slingshot beer.

SLINGSHOT (SESSION IPA)
An International IPA. Big tropical aroma and flavor from the use of Mosaic, Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Nectaron hops from America and New Zealand. A crowd favorite!

RAIN DELAY (INTERNATIONAL IPA)
This brew is a law breaker! Fermented colder than a classic IPA along with lager yeast and 20% flaked rice in the mash create a crisp, dry beer so the hops can shine. Citra, Simcoe, Nectaron & Riwaka band together to hijack your taste buds in this up and coming style.

OUTLAW (COLD IPA)
This is a single-hop West Coast IPA. We Isolated the lovely Mosaic hop which brings aroma & flavors of tropical mango & berry. A bold, crisp & fruity IPA.

Our first ever IPA. A classic West Coast style IPA. Layered with citrus, floral, fruity flavor and aroma through the use of Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe, and Centennial hop varieties.

A fragrant, medium-bodied wine from California. Layers of baked white peach and pear lead to a rich mouthful with a touch of toasted caramel. Finishes with lingering zest acidity.

Our beers are available through distribution in various stores, restaurants, and bars throughout Northeast Ohio, including the ones listed below. Selection varies place to place, so call ahead to ask for availability if you plan to visit to try JAFB!
Wholesale Inquiries
Our operation is small but mighty. We brew on a 7bbl brewhouse, which provides us plenty of beer to keep the taps flowing in our taproom and then some. This allows us to self distribute to many local businesses, like the ones listed above. Unfortunately our production is at capacity so we are not able to take on new accounts at this time. If you want to express your interest in selling JAFB at your establishment, please leave your contact information on the form below and we will add you to our prospective accounts!

Do you want to have JAFB on tap at your wedding? Are you looking to fill your kegerator for your next garage party? Not having a party, but want the kegerator stocked anyway? Let us know by filling out the form below and we will do our best to accommodate you requests. Forms are reviewed by management on a weekly basis and subject to availability. We do not fill 3rd party empty kegs or supply keg tapping equipment.
