A dry, refreshing pale lager with clean malt and hop flavor. Cold conditioned in the fermentor and in the serving tank. ABV is low, Hammer-ability is high.

HAMMER LAGER
Our most mild and light ale. Equal portions German Pilsner and English pale malt provide a nice malty beer that is fermented clean with California ale yeast.

WAYNE COUNTY CREAM ALE
A medium bodied mild ale brewed with 170 lbs of raspberries. Ruby red in color with good balance. Not overly sweet and slightly tart.

Traditional Bavarian style Hefe. Brewed with equal portions Wheat and Pilsner malt and fermented with a yeast that provides a classic balance of clove, banana, and spice.

A bright, refreshing, juicy take on a classic Belgian-style Saison. This hazy Pale Ale kisses the nose with fresh orange peel & hints of pineapple & lemon. Brewed with Coriander, this beer is a perfect 1-2 punch for soaking it all in & making hay while the sun shines.

Guten Tag! This clean, balanced Lager has a bready and toasty profile. A traditional style Festbier that pairs well with pretzels and good friends. Prost!.

OKTOBERFEST
ESB
A traditional English-style pale ale known as “Extra Special Bitter.” A true balance between malt and hops. Mild hoppiness provided from Noble hop varieties balanced with a complex malt flavor and estery English yeast profile.

The gateway craft brew. This is a hearty red colored beer with layers of malt flavor ranging from toffee and biscuit to caramel and dark bread. The hops are completely dialed back to let the malt shine. Malt Bomb.

This robust American Barleywine has a rich depth from the malt backbone that’s balanced out with a healthy addition of American hops. The deep malt characteristic & dark fruit notes make this a smooth full bodied sipper. Named in memory of Stanley Fryman, affectionately referred to (by himself) as BoBBer. He was talented beyond his years & would often sign his nickname on the art he created alongside his grandpa Jerry in the studio. “Stan is healthy and happy now, using the sky as his canvas and clouds as his clay. Listen up y’all, cause this is it, this beer that we’re pourin’ is de-lic-ious. This American Pale Ale was brewed with Mosaic then steeped with Concolor Fir Tips from Sycamore Hallow Tree Farms. Dry hopped with Centennial, Citra & Amarillo for a citrus & floral forward sipper with piney old school American hop flavors. T-t-t-t-tasty tasty!

Our big, tropical New England IPA brewed with mango. Big notes of grapefruit, tangerine, citrus, and mango. Hopped with Simcoe and Equenaut. This beer has become a JAFB favorite for IPA and lager drinkers alike!

Robust style porter with a big malt backbone. Slightly sweet & fermented with select coffee blends. Big coffee flavor is accompanied by notes of chocolate for a smooth finish.

COLOMBIAN COFFEE PORTER
Formerly known as Wooster New Stout, this foreign-export style stout was brewed with roast and chocolate malts. Strong dark chocolate, roasty, and coffee flavor. Nuanced with underlying dark fruit notes.

Wholesale Inquiries
Our operation is small but mighty. We brew on a 7bbl brewhouse, which provides us plenty of beer to keep the taps flowing in our taproom and then some. This allows us to self distribute to many local businesses, like the ones listed above. Unfortunately our production is at capacity so we are not able to take on new accounts at this time. If you want to express your interest in selling JAFB at your establishment, please leave your contact information on the form below and we will add you to our prospective accounts!

Do you want to have JAFB on tap at your wedding? Are you looking to fill your kegerator for your next garage party? Not having a party, but want the kegerator stocked anyway? Let us know by filling out the form below and we will do our best to accommodate you requests. Forms are reviewed by management on a weekly basis and subject to availability. We do not fill 3rd party empty kegs or supply keg tapping equipment.
